SOLESEED INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to your satisfaction with our professional digital marketing services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are provided and services may be cancelled.
By engaging our Services, you (“the Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the core Services delivered by our team, you are entitled to request a full refund of the service fees paid to DailyDo, subject to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility Period: The refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of the initial service payment or as specified in your Service Agreement.
Scope of Refund: This guarantee covers the professional service fees paid to DailyDo for our time, expertise, and labor.
2. Non-Refundable Costs
Please note that the 100% refund applies only to our service fees. The following costs are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are paid directly to third-party vendors and platforms on your behalf:
Advertising Spend: Any funds allocated and spent on advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, or any other pay-per-click (PPC) network.
Platform & Vendor Fees: Costs incurred for listings on Hotel OTAs (e.g., MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda), software subscriptions, or tools purchased specifically for your project.
Third-Party Services: Payments made to external vendors such as photographers, models, content writers, or voice-over artists commissioned for your project.
Transaction Fees: Any payment gateway or bank transaction fees incurred during the payment process.
Upon a refund request, we will provide a detailed breakdown of the service fees versus the non-refundable third-party costs.
3. How to Request a Refund or Cancel Service
To initiate a refund or cancel a service under this policy, you must:
Submit a Formal Request: Send an email to help@dailydo.in from your registered email address with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Business Name]”.
Provide Details: In the email, please include:
Your full name and business name.
The invoice number and date of payment.
A detailed explanation of the reason for your dissatisfaction.
We may schedule a call with you to understand your concerns and attempt to resolve the issue before processing a refund.
4. Refund Processing
Review Period: Once a valid refund request is received, we will review it and the work completed within 5-7 business days.
Approval and Processing: If the request is approved under the terms of this policy, we will initiate the refund to the original method of payment.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 10-15 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
5. Conditions and Exclusions
Our Satisfaction Guarantee is designed to be fair and is subject to the following conditions:
Service Commencement: The guarantee is void if the project is delayed or cannot be completed due to the Client’s failure to provide necessary materials, information, or access in a timely manner (as outlined in our Terms and Conditions).
Change of Mind: This policy is for service dissatisfaction, not for a simple change of mind after the work has been completed and delivered as per the Service Agreement.
Revocation of Access: If we have been granted access to your accounts (e.g., Google My Business, Facebook Business Manager), you agree to revoke our access upon the processing of the refund.
Work Product Ownership: Upon a refund, all rights to any deliverables, strategies, and work product created by DailyDo for the Client will revert to DailyDo, and the Client must cease using all such materials immediately.
6. Cancellation of Ongoing Services
For services provided on a monthly retainer basis:
You may cancel your ongoing monthly service at any time by providing a 15-day written notice to help@dailydo.in.
Upon cancellation, you will be billed for services rendered up until the cancellation effective date. Pre-paid amounts for future months will be refunded, prorated for the unused portion of the service month.
